This service is a short message service of savings card (debit card).

If the account balance is insufficient or the account is in a special state such as oral loss reporting or password loss reporting, the message service fee cannot be deducted at the end of the month. If the fee is not deducted for three consecutive months, the system will no longer automatically deduct the fee every month and stop sending SMS.

It can be opened through counter and bank payment, and only need to pay the monthly usage fee. If you cancel after the arrears, you need to pay a one-month message service fee. The specific operation is as follows:

1. Counter: With my valid ID card and bank card with SMS service, I can pay at any outlet in China;

2. Bank of Communications: Log in to the Bank of Communications client and click "All → Local → Message Service → Payment" on the home page (the supplementary payment service is currently applicable to KBao and KLing customers).

Information service fee:

Personal business: maximum 4 yuan/account/month or maximum 0.2 yuan/article (refer to 95599 for details).
