Forgot Alipay's payment password. How can I get it back?

I forgot to get the Alipay password back. The operation steps are as follows:

1, open the mobile phone Alipay wallet and click on mine;

2. Click on the avatar;

3. Select password management;

4. Click to retrieve the payment password;

5. There are two ways to get it back, taking the first way as an example;

6. Enter the answer to the previously set secret protection question, and click Next;

7. Enter the new payment password, and then click Next;

8. Enter the SMS verification code and click Next;

9. In this way, the payment password was successfully retrieved.
