1. All personnel returning to Dili must strictly implement the "landing inspection". Within 7 days, anyone who has lived in areas outside the province, border counties in the province and areas where local epidemics have occurred must hold a negative certificate of nucleic acid detection within 24 hours, and implement "three days and two inspections", that is, after landing inspection at airports, passenger stations, traffic health monitoring service points and free nucleic acid detection points, nucleic acid detection will be conducted again every 24 hours. All personnel leaving Di must hold a 48-hour negative nucleic acid test certificate.

2. Persons who have lived in Hohhot, Xilingol, Wuhai and Chifeng in Inner Mongolia, Urumqi in Xinjiang, Bazhou and Xingtai in Hebei within 7 days shall be subject to centralized isolation medical observation for 7 days.

3. For those who have lived in Lanzhou, Qingyang and Wuwei in Gansu for 7 days, the "3+4" control measures shall be implemented. If there is no condition for family health monitoring, centralized health monitoring should be carried out at the designated hotel.

4. People who have lived in Lhasa, Tibet for 7 days will receive family health monitoring for 3 days, during which they will have two nucleic acid tests. If there is no condition for family health monitoring, go to the designated hotel for centralized health monitoring.

Five, enter all kinds of public places, need to consciously cooperate with the "health code" and "tourism code" inspection. When staying in or entering various hotels, hotels and business closed places, a negative nucleic acid certificate should be issued within 48 hours. All scenic spots and Tibetan home visits should strictly check the run-length encoding and health codes. Visitors from outside the province, border counties in the province and local epidemic areas must hold a 24-hour negative nucleic acid test certificate before entering the scenic spot and visiting Tibetan families. Travel agencies, hotels and guesthouses should remind the above tourists to carry out nucleic acid testing in time to avoid delaying the trip.

6. You are the first person responsible for your health. Please adhere to the standard of wearing a mask, keep a social distance and pay attention to personal hygiene. If you have symptoms such as fever, cough and sore throat, go to the fever clinic of the medical institution in time, and do personal protection on the way to avoid taking public transportation.

This notice shall come into force as of the date of promulgation. If the contents of the previous notice are inconsistent with this notice, this notice shall prevail.
