How to check the phone bill and package of China Unicom card

1. You can check the China Unicom card phone bill through the following methods:

1. Dial 10010 to check the phone bill.

2. Log in to the online business hall/02oec, and click Query on the homepage > Telephone bill business query > Real-time phone bill/account balance;

3. Log in to the mobile business hall client and click Service ＞Inquiry＞Call business inquiry＞Real-time call charges/account balance;

4. SMS business hall: edit the free text message "102" and send it to 10010 to query the current available call balance;

5. WeChat users can follow the "China Unicom WeChat" WeChat public account, bind their mobile phone number, and click Service > Inquiry > Real-time call charges.

2. Different packages have different tariff standards. If you need to check your current package, you can go to the mobile phone business hall - Service - Inquiry - My basic information - Current package to get the package name, and then click on China Unicom Online Business Enter the package name in the online customer service on the right side of the hall to find out; if you still have questions after checking, you can contact the local customer service or go to the local business office to verify.
