What if my Gionee 6 doesn't ring?

It may be caused by abnormal ringtone application. I suggest you try 1, go to Settings → Sound and Vibration → Turn off "Do Not Disturb";

2. Enter the mobile phone housekeeper → harassment interception → click the gear icon in the upper right corner → close the "night anti-harassment mode";

3. Enter Settings → Advanced Settings → Application Management → All → Find ringtones → Clear data and restart the phone;

4. It is recommended to restore the backup data to the factory settings.
