What to wear to a meeting?

1. When attending more formal and large-scale meetings or banquets, men need to wear formal attire. The more common attire combination for men is: suit + shirt + tie + trousers + leather shoes. Women's trousers are generally a dark suit paired with a light-colored shirt or blouse, and then paired with black trousers. Women's skirt suits are a dark suit with a light-colored shirt, and then paired with a knee-length skirt of the same color as the suit, with the skirt length not lower than the knee. As for shoes, it is best to choose low-heeled leather shoes that are closed-toed and easy to walk on.

Meeting Instructions

1. Participants must attend the meeting on time as scheduled. If they are unable to attend the meeting for some reason, they must request leave in writing from the Secretary-General of the conference.

2. Participants can enter the venue and residence with their attendance certificates and attendance certificates, and staff can enter the venue and residence with their work certificates, disciplinary inspection certificates, and press certificates, and must comply with verification. Meeting certificates must be properly kept and shall not be lent or borrowed to prevent loss.

3. The main venue of the conference is located in the multi-functional conference room on the second floor of the Party and Government Office Building. When attending the preparatory meeting and the closing meeting, members must sign in at the entrance of the venue; when attending the opening meeting, they must enter as a team by sector (group); when attending the Municipal People's Congress as a non-voting witness, they must wear attendance badges to enter; and participate in group or joint group discussions.
