The mobile phone has been restored to factory settings, and you need to verify the QR code with your old mobile phone to log in to WeChat.

If you turn on the account protection function, you need to enter the SMS verification code at the login prompt of the new device. If you can't enter the mobile phone verification code, it is recommended to select "Mobile phone is not at hand" to turn off account protection.

Operating steps:

1. Check QQ number and QQ password: Please log in with QQ number bound by WeChat account;

2. Check the last four digits of the mobile phone number: Please enter your mobile phone number bound by WeChat;

3. WeChat friend verification: in the list of alternate friends, select friends for verification (not less than 2), and then contact WeChat friends to inform the verification code, so that friends can send the verification code to your WeChat through WeChat;

4. Check the progress: When the number of friends who reply to the verification message reaches the specified number, we will turn off the account protection function according to your requirements, and you can enter the application page at any time to check the verification progress. Friend verification needs to send verification code within 12 hours. If it exceeds 12 hours, you need to reapply.
