Why can't Red Rice 4x send or receive information?

Network or program error. Please open Settings ~ Applications ~ Information ~ Whether the attempt to clear data is normal.

Solution:

1. Please put your mobile phone card in another mobile phone to see if you can send and receive SMS normally.

2. If you can't send and receive SMS normally, please contact the network operator to see if it is a sim card problem.

3. If the card can be plugged into other mobile phones to send and receive short messages, it is suggested to plug it into your own mobile phone again and send yourself a short message to see if you can receive it.

4. Please enter the SMS center and contact the mobile operator to check whether the SMS center number is correct.

5. If the number is correct, please temporarily uninstall the system security software.

6. If it still can't be solved, please back up the data, enter Restore to clear the cache, user data and all data, and restore the system settings after entering the system.

7. If you still can't recover, please go to the nearby maintenance point for inspection.
