The specific operation steps are as follows:

1. Download the "Industrial and Commercial Bank of China" APP from the app store that comes with your mobile phone.

2. After downloading, you can register your account with your mobile phone number, and then log in.

3. After logging in successfully, you can see the option of "My Account" at the bottom of the homepage, and click Enter.

4. Then, click the "Poke me to add a bank card" option below.

5. In the pop-up page, enter the card number and withdrawal password of the industrial and commercial bank card according to the prompt, and then click Next.

6. After adding, an ICBC card will be displayed in my account, directly showing the balance.

7. Finally, you can click "View Details" below the balance to query the bill details.
