The headmaster verbally promised that the salary would rise every year, with a minimum wage of 24,500 yuan. All kinds of social insurance and welfare will be gradually popularized. I didn't ask about the school's work system, schedule, class arrangement, etc. And there is no clear agreement in the contract, the school signed a labor contract. When signing the contract, the school asked me to hand in the file, diploma, degree certificate, teacher qualification certificate and registration certificate in addition to the contract deposit of 3000 yuan.

The work has already started, which is quite different from what I expected. Self-study on Sunday 18: 25, and finish school on Saturday 12: 05, and attend the school meeting at 17: 00 every Sunday afternoon. I have four chemistry classes, 24 classes a week (16 classes, 8 classes for self-study). I asked the school for my file (all other documents were obtained through methods), but the school refused to give it to me. I called the Lantian County Education Bureau to reflect the situation, and their answer was that they were not in charge. After many consultations with the school, Xin Xudong, the teaching director, asked me to pay another 3,000 yuan and return my file. After I handed it in, I asked him to issue a receipt, but he refused to issue a receipt. I spent 6000 yuan on the document that should have belonged to me. I think it is very unreasonable. The school's illegal behavior comes first, and the breach of contract (not paying wages according to the contract) comes first. But I need 6000 yuan to change the file, and I can't get my due salary during the summer vacation. I consulted a lawyer. The school's practice is seriously illegal. This contract is illegal and fundamental. I strongly urge the school to repay me 6,000 yuan as liquidated damages and pay my basic salary for two months' summer vacation.
