What should I do if a vertical bar on my left half screen fails? I am a mobile phone.

If the local touch screen on the mobile phone screen is insensitive/out of order, it is suggested that:

1. Restart the machine and observe again.

2. Try to update the mobile phone system version (note: please back up the data in the device before upgrading).

3. If it is invalid, back up the data in the device (contacts, text messages, photos, etc. ) and try to restore the factory settings.
