If you need to modify the reserved mobile phone number of China Merchants Bank, the modification method is as follows:

1, one card mobile phone number (M2): it can be modified through ukey and the counter, and mobile banking can also try to operate. The specific way is as follows:

(1) Login to Professional UK: Click Settings → Personal Information and select "Modify Mobile Phone Number" to modify it (if you can't log in, you need to bring your account opening certificate to the counter to modify it, but you can't do it on your behalf);

(2) Mobile banking user login: When China Merchants Bank reserves the same mobile phone number with others, it can be modified in mobile banking. Entering "My → Basic Information Page → Reservation Information Management → Personal Mobile Number" requires system review;

(3) outlet counter: handle it at any counter of China Merchants Bank with my valid ID card and mobile phone number (verification code is required for new mobile phones) (you don't need to show your card, you can't do it on your behalf);

(4)VTM( 16 or above ID card to open an account): my valid ID card (verification code is required for new mobile phones).

Tips: ① One mobile phone number is mainly used for fund entry and exit notification, public version/mobile banking payment and transfer receiving verification code, etc. The modification takes effect immediately, and the popular version/telephone manual is temporarily unavailable.

②M2 7. 7. 1 and above professional editions are modified, and M 1 will also be changed synchronously. (7.7. 1 The following version M 1 will not be synchronized)

Professional reserved telephone number (M 1): If the professional version is above 7.7. 1, when the reserved telephone number of the card is modified, the reserved telephone number of the professional version will be automatically changed. If you modify the reserved telephone for professional edition separately, you need to bring a valid account opening certificate to any counter (without an agency) of China Merchants Bank.

Tips: This phone is used to obtain SMS notifications such as professional payment/transfer verification code and certificate expiration, and does not support self-service channel modification such as online banking.

3. The reserved mobile phone number of credit card can be modified in the following three ways:

(1) Customer Service Hotline: Call our credit card customer service number, enter the ID number/card number, select 9 for the inquiry password → press 4 to enter the manual service application to modify the mobile phone number of the credit card, and the modification will take effect before 24 o'clock the next day.

(2) Pocket Life: After logging in to Pocket Life, click "My → Data Management → Credit Card Mobile Phone/Email" for query and modification.

Tips: ① After the mobile phone number is modified, it will take effect before 12 the next day, subject to the approval of the credit card center.

② If it cannot be modified, please call the credit card customer service to modify it.

(3) Modification of Professional Edition: After logging in to Professional Edition, click "Credit Card → Customer Management → Data Modification → Mobile Phone Number" to modify, and the mobile phone number can be queried and modified, which will take effect immediately. (Professional version only shows some mobile phone numbers)
