Procurement requirements:

Decision package 1 of the State Administration of Taxation is a data analysis application system developed by the State Administration of Taxation based on the technical framework of Golden Tax Phase III. According to the two-level framework of the State Administration of Taxation and the Provincial Bureau, it was officially put into operation in our province in 20 16.

At present, the main contents include more than 400 data statistics and analysis functions on various topics, such as query statistics, analysis of collection and management status, and report management. It provides strong support for the daily management of all departments and units in the province and the analysis of various tax data. It is the foundation of the overall decision support platform of the State Administration of Taxation and a powerful supplement to the Jiangsu tax big data platform.

In order to ensure the smooth and effective operation of a package of data application functions and the smooth online promotion of new functions, it is necessary to purchase special operation and maintenance services.

The main services include daily problem operation and maintenance, basic environment guarantee, data guarantee service, statistical query service, system monitoring and maintenance, system performance optimization, patch upgrade service, business technical support, operation training service, online deployment and promotion of new functions, etc.

Term of performance of the contract: one year from the date of signing the contract. This project (does not accept) consortium bidding.

Second, the applicant's qualification requirements:

3. Specific qualification requirements of this project:

(1) This project does not accept the bidding for imported products (note: the imported products mentioned in this document refer to the products that entered China through customs clearance in China and were produced outside the customs);

(2) The person in charge of the unit is the same person or different suppliers with direct holding and management relations, and shall not participate in government procurement activities under the same contract. Suppliers who provide overall design, specification preparation or project management, supervision and testing services for procurement projects shall not participate in other procurement activities of procurement projects;

(3) The supplier has not been subjected to any of the following circumstances: criminal punishment, administrative punishment such as ordering to stop production or business, revocation of license or license, and heavy fines, or other major illegal records recognized by the financial department, and within the time limit when the financial department is prohibited from participating in government procurement activities;
