please turn on the continuous heart rate measurement switch in the watch device details page in the sports health App. There are two ways to measure the continuous heart rate:

Intelligent: the measurement period will be adjusted intelligently according to the activity state, and the middle and low activity will be measured once every 1 minutes, and the high activity will be measured every second.

real-time: 24-hour real-time measurement regardless of motion state.
