But during the three months of working a little, I learned a lot, especially in dealing with people. The work in a tea shop can sharpen your temper, but you can't bring personal emotions to work. Some guests are really picky, but no matter how annoying you are, you can only put up with it. For example, I once met a guest who ordered food on the spot. Ice cream and black tea must be made at room temperature, because under normal circumstances, ice cream series can only make cold drinks, but he asked so, and finally he could only consult the manager to help him make ice cream at room temperature. There are also some milk tea ordered by takeaway guests at room temperature, which is the temperature of mineral water (it will not get cold in summer). After receiving it, they complained that we made a mistake and the room temperature was not enough, which led to her dysmenorrhea. Hospitality complaints at that time were indeed properly handled, but I mean, were these behaviors chaotic enough?

In addition, for the first time, I clearly realized what responsibility is, and no one will pay for your mistakes. Specifically, if you send a wrong order for milk tea, you need to pay for it yourself. Although you will be annoyed when you make mistakes, everyone knows that this is your own reason, and no one will think that this system is unreasonable.

Colleagues will order milk tea takeout from other stores together (drinking milk tea from other stores is not illegal, hahaha) and talk about gossip. The children next door are not very talkative, but they always come to our shop to ask for food. When I receive my college entrance examination results and admission notice in the store, the guests will congratulate me ... These wonderful memories constitute my three-month part-time job.
