Compared with the lack of the language bar above, this is a bit unusual, because the place where you click the setting is "deep", and the process is as follows:

1. Open the control panel.

2. Click Regional and Language Options.

Win7 Click "Keyboard and Language", "Change Keyboard" and "Language Bar", select "Dock in Taskbar" and confirm.

4. Click "Details" in the "Text Service and Input Language" column.

5. In the pop-up window, find the Language Bar at the bottom, click it, and then select Show Language Bar on Desktop.

6. If the "Language Bar" mentioned in 5 is grayed out and cannot be clicked, you need to click the second tab "Advanced" on this page and uncheck the "Close Advanced Text Service" in System Configuration. Then repeat the operation of 5.
