Why can't I see the SMS when I retrieve my password in Alipay?

Alipay has three ways to retrieve the password, as follows:

First, the mobile phone password retrieval method

1. First click "Forgot your login password?" Retrieve the password.

2. Fill in your Alipay account name and verification code, and then click OK.

3. According to your account binding information, the system will provide you with a variety of ways to retrieve your password.

4. The first one is "password retrieved by mobile phone", which is applicable to the account bound by mobile phone.

Click "Get it now" in the column of "Get it by mobile phone number".

5. Click "Click here to collect it for free", enter the check code received on the mobile phone, and click "Next".

If you don't receive the SMS, you can click "resend SMS check code".

6. After successful verification, set a new password and click OK.

7. After you are prompted to retrieve your password successfully, you can log in again.

Second, use the security problem to find it.

1. First explain "take it back with security protection" and click "take it back immediately".

2. Answer the security questions filled in when registering an account, and click "Next".

3. Fill in the new password.

4. Complete the reset and log in again.

Third, use the mailbox to find it.

1. Select "Retrieve by Email" and click "Retrieve Now".

2. Enter the mailbox to check the email, and click "Enter the mailbox to check immediately";

If you can't receive the email, please click resend email.

3. Open the mailbox and click "Click here to change the login password immediately";

4. Reset the password and click OK;

5. Prompt to retrieve the password successfully, and then log in again.
