I first proposed the idea of ??organizing a collective voluntary blood donation event to the responsible person in the office. The office leader decided to hand it over to the Youth League branch to be responsible for the specific organization and implementation. I was responsible for liaising with the blood center. Based on the information searched online, the Youth League branch made a plan, including proposal, registration time, logistics services, publicity methods, blood donation time, etc., and submitted it to the unit leader for approval. I contacted the blood station staff to reserve blood donation vehicles, promotional materials and venue coordination matters. After that, I launched the initiative through the company's intranet and sent two emails in bulk, mainly to share my experience and feelings of donating blood regularly for more than ten years, to use my own experience to dispel the concerns of some colleagues, and to carry out instigative publicity. At the same time, get back posters and promotional materials from the blood center, and get some blood donation forms in advance to try to be as prepared as possible. On the day of the event, more than 60 colleagues boarded the blood donation vehicle, and 50 people successfully donated blood.
