Retired soldier file materials:

Non-commissioned officers recruited directly from non-military departments should also have academic qualifications and professional evaluation forms, professional skills assessment and evaluation forms, etc. Non-commissioned officers who graduate from academies should also have an admission approval letter for non-commissioned officer cadets (in 1998 and 1999, an admission approval letter for sergeant major cadets) and a non-commissioned officer cadet graduation allocation list.

(2) Party (League) materials: ① Application form for joining the Party (League); ② Registration form for outstanding party (League) members, etc.

(3) Level, military rank, and position materials: ① Soldier rank report (registration) form; ② Non-commissioned officer rank promotion report form; ③ Non-commissioned officer selection registration form (volunteers selected from 1979 to 1990 are: Volunteer application form, non-commissioned officers selected from 1991 to 1998 are professional sergeant selection report forms, non-commissioned officers selected from 1999 to 2009 are non-commissioned officer selection report forms); ④ non-commissioned officer selection and evaluation registration form; ⑤ non-commissioned officer annual evaluation registration form, etc. Those who have acted as cadres should also have a "Non-commissioned Officer Acting Cadre Job Report Form".

(4) Reward and punishment materials: Those who have been rewarded should have a personal reward registration (report) form, etc.; those who have been punished should have a disciplinary registration (report) form, etc.

(5) Condition identification and disability assessment materials: ①Diagnosis certificate from military hospital or higher-level hospital; ②Medical identification form for military personnel who have basically lost their ability to work due to illness; ③Military disability rating form.

(6) Living benefits materials: ① Salary adjustment approval form; ② Non-commissioned officer’s spouse’s military (transfer) approval form; ③ Non-commissioned officer’s spouse’s living difficulties subsidy approval report form; ④ Retired non-commissioned officer’s increase in retirement pay approval form, etc. . (7) Retirement from active service materials: ①Retirement from active service registration form for conscripts; ②Retirement from active service registration form for non-commissioned officers; ③Relocation registration form for retired non-commissioned officers; ④Relocation materials ( Provided according to different situations of retired soldiers). For relocation, the marriage certificate, spouse's household registration book and ID card, proof of the spouse's employer, or the original supporting materials of parents, spouse's parents' household registration book, ID card, etc. must be provided accordingly.
