When we are shopping, if it is not convenient to receive the express delivery, we can choose the rookie station to sign for it. After the courier arrives at the rookie station, the rookie station system will send a text message to our mobile phone (including information such as the pick-up code).

We can use the pick-up code to pick up the package. Usually, the post office staff will scan it out of the warehouse to prove that the package has been picked up. If you forget to scan or the scan fails, you can ignore it. After the expiration, the system will automatically sign for confirmation.

Matters needing attention in taking express delivery

There is no problem in taking express delivery, provided that we take personal protective measures. First of all, the most important thing is to minimize contact with people, including couriers and outsiders. If you have to go out to pick up the courier, be sure to wear a mask, preferably gloves. Talk less to people on the road, go back quickly and don't stop halfway.

When you retrieve the courier, you should quickly remove the outer packaging of the courier and put it in a garbage bag together with the mask and gloves. And remember to wash your hands in time. It is recommended to rub with soap or hand sanitizer and then wash with water. Ensure hand hygiene, and disinfect the returned courier with disinfectant if necessary.
