About application for reduction of deposit ratio, postponement of payment, and voluntary deposit

1. Application conditions

Enterprises affected by the COVID-19 epidemic can apply to The Huzhou Municipal Housing Provident Fund Management Center (hereinafter referred to as the "Center") applied to reduce the housing provident fund payment ratio and postpone the payment of housing provident fund.

If an enterprise seriously affected by the epidemic has difficulty in paying housing provident fund, it must fully consult with its employees and submit a resolution after discussion and approval by the employees’ congress or labor union. They may apply to the center. Voluntarily contribute to the housing provident fund (voluntarily determine the contribution ratio or stop paying).

2. Application objects

3. Application materials

(1) To apply for a reduction in the housing provident fund payment ratio or deferral of payment, fill in the "Zhejiang Province Housing Provident Fund Payment Ratio Reduction and Delay Application Form"; apply If the deposit is made voluntarily, an application report shall be issued;

4. Application process

(1) Online application: To apply for reducing the housing provident fund payment ratio or deferring payment, enterprises can log on to the website of the Huzhou Housing Provident Fund Management Center (/) Download Center, download the "Zhejiang Province Housing Provident Fund Reduction in Payment Ratio and Delay Application Form". Log in to the "Zhejiang Government Service Network" web page and pass the unit's "E-Zhaotong" digital certificate verification before you can apply.

(2) If an enterprise applies for reducing the payment ratio, deferred payment, or voluntary payment, it will not affect the normal withdrawal and application of housing provident fund loans by employees from the date of approval to June 30, 2020. .

(3) After the deferred payment and voluntary deposit expire, the center will automatically resume the normal payment and deposit of the enterprise; after the deferred payment expires, the enterprise should make up the payment in a timely manner in accordance with the regulations.

(4) During the period of reducing the payment ratio, delaying payment, and voluntary payment, when the economic performance of the enterprise improves, a written explanation can be submitted to the center to resume normal payment in advance.

About the phased increase in the rental withdrawal limit standard

Before June 30, 2020, employees who are under great pressure to pay rent can withdraw based on the employee’s monthly deposit amount.
