The mobile phone was hacked by the other party, so send a message to the other party to show that it was sent successfully. Can the other party receive it?

If the message is not blacked out, it can be received, and it can also be received if it is blacked out. The operation method is as follows:

1. First, click the phone desktop to open "Settings", as shown in the figure below.

2. Then in the page that opens, click to enter "Telephone", as shown in the figure below.

3. Then in the page that opens, click "Blocked Contacts", as shown in the figure below.

4. Then in the opened page, click "Add ...", as shown in the following figure.

5. Click on the contact to be added to the blacklist in the address book, and the contact will be blacked out successfully.
