The punishment standards for illegal parking on the roadside are as follows:

2. 4, driving a motor vehicle through the crosswalk is not in accordance with the provisions of illegal parking on the side of the road, 3 points, a fine of 200 yuan;

5, driving a motor vehicle in the highway or urban expressway roadside illegal parking, 9 points, a fine of 200 yuan.

As can be seen from the above, drivers who violate the regulations will not be punished if they leave the vehicle immediately after receiving the information reminder; If the owner does not leave after receiving the text message, he will be punished according to law.

The traffic administrative department of the public security organ shall not charge the parties the trailer fee, and shall inform the parties of the parking place in time. If the motor vehicle is damaged due to improper traction methods, it shall be liable for compensation according to law.
