If the taxpayer forgets three passwords or tax Ukey is locked, he must contact the tax bureau to reset it.

VAT invoice software (tax Ukey version) has three passwords, namely tax Ukey password, digital certificate password and administrator login password. Among them, the initial password of tax Ukey and digital certificate is 8 8, and the administrator login password is set by the taxpayer.

Ukey logs in normally for the first time, but can't log in again after logging out, prompting that the password is wrong or locked. Handling: verify whether the password is entered correctly, re-enter the password to log in. If you still can't log in, you need to reset the password at the window (if the administrator password is locked, the taxpayer needs to uninstall the billing software and reinstall it, and it is not recommended to set the administrator password).

If you forget the tax ukey password, you can do the following.

First, tax UKey connects to the computer, double-clicks the billing software, and clicks the "What is the password" button in the upper left corner, and a prompt will appear in the system prompt box. If the password has not been modified, it will be the original password of 8888888.

Second, the tax UKEY password was modified and lost. Need to go to the local tax bureau to unlock, and then enter the system reset.

3. Enter the home page of the system, click the icon in the upper right corner, select the option to modify the password, enter the old password, set a new password, and keep the password properly after setting.
