The text message from OPPOA59 doesn't ring. What happened?

1, open the phone, find the settings button, and click to enter the settings page.

2. On the settings page, click "Sound and Vibration" as indicated by the arrow in the figure below.

3. As shown in the figure below, you can see the setting options of information ringtone, and click Enter.

4. On the settings page, you can click to select the music in the mobile phone or the ringtone that comes with the system.

5. After selecting the ringtone, you can return to the mobile phone page, and you will be reminded when there is a short message.
