If the debtor unilaterally receives the notice of arbitration, it is mostly invalid, so in this case, it can generally be ignored.

However, if the debtor receives the notice of arbitration, he still needs to make some preparations to participate in the blank defense. Under the normal process, arbitration is attended by both creditors and debtors. Both parties provide evidence to explain each other's mistakes or unreasonable places, and the court will also conduct arbitration according to the materials provided by both parties.
