Can a mobile card be transferred to telecommunications?

Mobile cards can be replaced by telecom cards with the same number, which is called number portability. At present, there are Tianjin, Hainan, Jiangxi, Hubei and Yunnan in the pilot port number transfer.

According to the policy, 2G and 3G users of China Telecom and China Unicom in Tianjin and Hainan, and 2G users of China Mobile can transfer their numbers to TD-SCDMA network of China Mobile, while users of dedicated TD-SCDMA segment 157/ 188 of China Mobile cannot transfer their numbers to other networks.

The policy of two-way network transfer is implemented in Tianjin, that is, 2G and 3G users of China Telecom and China Unicom and 2G users of China Mobile can transfer numbers to each other. One-way network transfer policy is implemented in Hainan, that is, 2G users of China Mobile can transfer their numbers to China Telecom and China Unicom, while 2G users of China Telecom and China Unicom cannot transfer their numbers to the 2G network of China Mobile. In any case, it needs to be confirmed by the transfer operator to verify that there is no arrears or the contract plan has not expired.
