1. If the set ringtone is not the ringtone that comes with the system, it is recommended to check whether the ringtone file has been deleted or moved, and you can reset it.

For the mobile phone supporting SD card, if the set ringtone is stored in SD card, after the mobile phone is connected to the computer and the USB flash drive is opened for storage, the incoming ringtone will be automatically restored to the default, and will be automatically restored after disconnection. You can also move the ringtone file to internal storage and reset it.

If the SD card is uninstalled, it needs to be reinserted and reset.

2. Check whether the ringtones of the two SIM cards of the mobile phone are customized, and reselect the ringtones of 1 card and 2 card in "ringtone settings". Menu path: Settings > All Settings > Sound.

3. Check whether media storage is disabled.
