Why can't Fetion send text messages to friends?

When using Fetion to send and receive messages, please refer to the following methods for troubleshooting if you encounter the situation that you can't send and receive messages normally:

1. Please confirm whether the friend who received the message is in a normal state. If he is in a state of disabling, closing Fetion service and not disclosing his mobile phone number, he may not be able to send and receive messages normally.

Please confirm whether there are sensitive words (reaction, violence, pornography, etc.). ) in your name or text message. If yes, SMS may not be sent and received normally.

Please confirm whether the relationship between friends is normal. If the friendship is not established successfully, you may not be able to send and receive messages normally. Suggest that the two sides re-establish friendship.

Please confirm whether the friend who received the message was blacklisted or whether you were blacklisted by him. If the above phenomenon exists, then you and this friend can't send and receive messages normally.

Please confirm whether the friend who received the message is "offline". If his status is "offline", he won't receive the message you sent by Fetion without logging in to PC client or mobile client.

6. If you can't send and receive messages normally through the above methods, please go to "I want to ask questions when Fetion answers questions" in Fetion official website Customer Service Center and feed back the questions to the customer service staff. We will check it for you as soon as possible and feedback the results. When answering questions, you may need to provide the following information:

A) the time point of sending the message.

B) How to send it (if you send it through the mobile phone client, you need to provide the information of the client).

C) Is there a prompt message? If yes, please provide the content of the prompt message.
