Online real-name registration of mobile phone cards requires uploading ID cards. Why can't I upload it?

The photos taken during real-name authentication or mobile phone business hall card purchase activation are unrecognizable or ID card photos cannot be uploaded:

You can try from the following four aspects:

(1) Reconnect to the network or switch to 4G and wifi.

(2) Re-shoot clear and non-reflective photos and upload them;

(3) Click on the upper right corner of the login interface and open it with a browser for operation;

(4) You can also try other mobile phones.

Please note: the uploaded certificate must be the original of the second-generation ID card, and mobile phone photos or other pictures cannot be used;

2. When shooting the original ID card, you should be clear, and you can clearly see important information such as name, address, nationality, issuing authority and expiration date, and there are no traces of ambiguity or alteration. The picture format shall be jpg, jpeg, bmp and png, and the size shall not exceed 5m;

3. When recording video, you need to read the four-digit random number code on the page at a uniform speed in Mandarin, and keep your face facing the camera. It is recommended to shoot in a well-lit place!
