Voluntary refund

Definition of peak season date segment: the travel dates are Spring Festival travel rush peak (from the 15th of the twelfth lunar month to the 25th of the first month of the following year), July 1 to August 3 1.

Definition of normal season and off-season date segment: Travel date is a period other than peak season.

If the ticket has been changed, the travel date should be based on the new face date.

1, Provisions on Voluntary Refund of Tickets by Individual Passengers in Normal Peak Season and Off-season:

In the reservation system of 1. 1, it shall be handled 2 hours (inclusive) before the flight departure (subject to the cancellation time of PNR cancellation or flight segment change):

(1)F/C ticket, 5% refund fee;

(2)A/P/O/D/I tickets are charged a refund fee of10%;

(3) A refund fee of 10% is charged for the W/Y cabin ticket;

(4) 20% refund fee for R/B/M/H tickets;

(5) For K/L/Q tickets, 30% refund fee will be charged;

(6) For G/V/U/Z tickets, a refund fee of 50% will be charged;

(7) For S/J/T/E tickets, a refund fee of 100% is charged, and only a refund fee is charged.

In the reservation system of 1.2, it shall be handled within 2 hours before the flight takes off and 2 hours after the flight takes off (subject to the cancellation time of PNR cancellation or flight segment change):

(1) A refund fee of 10% is charged for F/C tickets;

(2)A/P/O/D/I tickets are charged a refund fee of 20%;

(3) A refund fee of 15% is charged for the W/Y cabin ticket;

(4) 30% refund fee will be charged for R/B/M/H cabin tickets;

(5)K/L/Q tickets, 40% refund fee;

(6) For G/V/U/Z class tickets, a refund fee of 60% will be charged;

(7) For S/J/T/E tickets, a refund fee of 100% is charged, and only a refund fee is charged.

2. Provisions on voluntary refund of passengers in peak season:

(5)K/L/Q tickets, 40% refund fee;

(6) For G/V/U/Z class tickets, a refund fee of 60% will be charged;

(7) For S/J/T/E tickets, a refund fee of 100% is charged, and only a refund fee is charged.

2.2 Before and within 2 hours after the flight takes off in the reservation system (subject to PNR cancellation or flight segment cancellation time change):

(1)F/C ticket, 20% refund fee will be charged;

(2)A/P/O/D/I tickets are charged a refund fee of 30%;

(3)W/Y tickets, 20% refund fee;

(4) 40% refund fee is charged for R/B/M/H cabin tickets;

(5)K/L/Q tickets, 50% refund fee;

(6) For G/V/U/Z class tickets, a refund fee of 100% will be charged;

(7) For S/J/T/E tickets, a refund fee of 100% is charged, and only a refund fee is charged.

3. If the ticket seat needs to be refunded voluntarily after the change, the change fee charged will not be refunded, and the difference will be refunded. The refund fee will be charged according to the original air ticket fare and the original space regulations (the time judgment standard is based on the latest cancellation time of air ticket reservation).

4. Tickets of disabled revolutionary servicemen and people's policemen disabled in the line of duty are refunded free of charge. When purchasing tickets, the military/police disability certificate issued by the state must be submitted, which can be handled at the ticket office and customer service center directly under Shandong Airlines. Through the call center of customer service center and Shandong Airlines official website, I need to submit the electronic version of my bareheaded disabled military/police card photo, without editing the original. Shandong Airlines official website only handles the refund of tickets purchased by official website.

5. The refund fee for children passengers and occupied babies shall be implemented according to the provisions of their booking space. Baby tickets that are not occupied will be refunded free of charge.

6. The S-cabin ticket of the connecting flight has been used, and no refund is allowed. Only the civil aviation development fund and fuel surcharge of unused flight segments will be refunded.

7. Expired air tickets will only be refunded to the Civil Aviation Development Fund and fuel surcharge.
