How to check the password of the mobile phone operator

Send a short message "password inquiry" to 10086 by mobile phone. According to the received information, you can choose to check the service password or reset the service password, and send a message to the operator according to the SMS prompt.

Second, the computer side.

1. Search the computer webpage to open China Mobile or official website of other operators. Take China Mobile as an example.

2. Click the Login button, log in to the online business hall, and then click Forgot Password.

3. Enter the corresponding information according to the prompt, and get the random password by SMS.

4. As shown in the figure below, it shows that we have successfully modified the mobile phone service password.

Third, call the operator's customer service phone for manual service and ask the staff to reset the password.
