Why can't Huawei's mobile phone receive information

1. Some short messages cannot be received

1. Please check whether the "enhanced information" cannot be received. If "enhanced information" is displayed in the SMS edit box, it means that the mobile phone is sending SMS with enhanced information.

(1) The receiver's mobile phone does not support the enhanced information function.

(2) The sender's message or number may be controlled by China Mobile's security policy, but China Mobile did not send the message to the receiver after receiving it. For details, please call mobile customer service 186 to confirm the cause of the problem.

2. Please check whether the number is saved in the privacy space.

You can enter the settings, search and enter the privacy space, and open the information to see if there is any record of the received SMS. If there is, please move the required contact to the main space and try again. Operation method:

(1) In the privacy space, enter Settings >; Security and privacy > Privacy space, click the privacy space to the main space;

5. Please check whether there is any third-party housekeeper application intercepting the short message

Some security management applications will intelligently filter the received short message, so it is recommended to uninstall the application. These applications are generally named after "XX housekeeper" or "XX assistant".

6. Please check whether you just can't receive the short message sent by Apple.

If you just can't receive the short message sent by Apple, you can receive the information sent by other mobile phones, probably because your mobile phone number was previously bound to an Apple device, and the opposite party sent you an iMessage instead of an ordinary short message. Please refer to Apple's official instructions to unbind the mobile phone number from the iPhone device. The specific steps are subject to Apple's official instructions.

7. Please check whether the short message contains sensitive words, which makes the mobile phone unable to receive

Please use the test short message to check whether it can be received normally, such as hello, thank you and goodbye. Please avoid sending sensitive words if you can receive them normally.

1. You can pull down the status bar, switch the flight mode, restart the network and try again.

If the SIM card is currently enabled with VoLTE, please enter the settings, search for VoLTE, turn off the VoLTE HD call switch and try again; If you don't find the VoLTE switch or the problem is not solved after turning on the VoLTE switch again, it is suggested that you contact the operator to turn on the VoLTE function again first, and then restart your mobile phone to try.

1. Restore all settings of information
