1. The appointment object is female, age 16-26. This appointment is limited to the household registration in Xiaowu District of Jinhua City, and only to the following township streets: Andi, Yafan, Ruoyang, Xinshi, Chengdong, Chengxi, Chengbei, Chengzhong, Luodian, Ma Zhu, Ganxi, Bailongqiao and Changma. Nine-valent HPV vaccine and COVID-19 vaccine cannot be vaccinated at the same time. The interval between two vaccines is at least 14 days. Please do not participate in this lucky draw before the interval of 14 days.

2. An ID card can only be reserved successfully once. Reservations can only be made with my real name account. You can't make an appointment, and you can't transfer it after the appointment is successful.

3. After the vaccination appointment date is successful, the situation of not coming to the vaccination according to the appointment time is regarded as automatic waiver for any reason, and the quota is automatically invalid and non-transferable.

4.
