At present, the situation of epidemic prevention and control in China and the whole province is severe and complicated. In order to effectively protect people's life safety and health, and resolutely block the spread of the epidemic, the epidemic prevention and control headquarters of Zhuhui District of COVID-19 decided to carry out full-time nucleic acid testing in Zhuhui District on June 9, 2022. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

I. Time and place arrangement

Third, matters needing attention

1. Ask residents and friends to take the initiative and invite all staff to participate. According to the community notice, do a good job of personal protection, carry the mobile phone health code, my resident ID card or household registration book, and sample at the nucleic acid sampling point; Old people who can't use smart phones when sampling alone, please prepare your ID card; For children without ID cards, parents should use their mobile phones to bind their children's health codes or bring their household registration books. During the sampling process, please wear a mask scientifically, line up in an orderly manner, and keep a distance of more than one meter from others. Do not gather, communicate or touch the sampling table. After the sampling, please leave the scene quickly, don't stay or watch, change the mask in time after returning home, and do a good job in hand hygiene.

2. Teachers and students in schools and kindergartens conduct nucleic acid testing according to the unified arrangement of the district education department.

3. Risk professionals and personnel in key institutions and places shall carry out nucleic acid testing according to the original requirements.

4. Those who have taken control measures and carried out nucleic acid detection such as centralized isolation, home isolation and home health monitoring shall still follow the original regulations, and sampling shall be arranged by the responsible control unit. Health code "yellow code" personnel, please go to the yellow code sampling point for nucleic acid detection.

5. Persons who hold negative proof of nucleic acid test results within 24 hours do not need to repeat sampling.

6 because of old age, disability, sick in bed and other reasons can not participate in on-site nucleic acid testing personnel. Their families can report to the community in advance, and the community will arrange mobile sampling team members to take samples at home.

7. People who have been vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccine within 48 hours cannot take nucleic acid samples. Please report to the local village group in time. Please select the nearest sampling point for testing after 48 hours. Medical staff involved in vaccination in COVID-19 cannot undertake the task of routine nucleic acid detection and sampling.

8. If an individual has symptoms such as fever, cough, diarrhea, fatigue, etc., please do not take samples at centralized sampling points. Personal protection must be done when sampling in the fever clinic of the nearest medical institution.

9. Don't smoke, drink, chew gum, betel nut, etc. 30 minutes before the nucleic acid test.

10. If no written report is issued for this round of nucleic acid testing, and the notification from the disease control department is not received within 24 hours after sampling, the test result is negative, and the results can be queried through the "Hunan Health Code" system. Before the nucleic acid test results come out, please try to reduce the flow and don't participate in the gathering activities.

Fourth, personal responsibility.

1. For those who did not participate in nucleic acid testing within the specified time, the system will automatically assign yellow codes to their health codes, especially for those who did not participate in the whole region nucleic acid testing and caused the spread of the epidemic, they will be investigated for legal responsibility according to law, and all expenses such as isolation treatment will be borne by themselves.

2. All public places and public transport vehicles in the whole region should strengthen normal prevention and control measures such as scanning code for temperature measurement, checking health code, checking travel code and checking negative proof of nucleic acid detection. COVID-19 District Epidemic Prevention and Control Headquarters and various industry supervision departments will conduct random unannounced visits and spot checks. Once it is found that relevant measures are not implemented as required, public places will be notified, warned, fined and shut down according to the seriousness of the case.

3. Those who were given "yellow code" because they didn't take part in the nucleic acid test on time should take the nucleic acid test as soon as possible, and after the result is negative, they will automatically turn into green code. Please the general public in accordance with the requirements of epidemic prevention and control, earnestly fulfill the personal responsibility and legal obligation of epidemic prevention and control, and participate in the unified organization of nucleic acid testing as soon as possible as required to protect life and health and the safety of Zhu Hui.
