The first meeting

You can step on the computer desk with your toes, but you can't reach your heels ... My name is Peng W, and my name is Zhang K. I was asked by Peng W's police to put me down, let me take the feces to the bathroom, then take off my underwear to wipe the floor, and then continue to hang me naked. Finally, I told Gong: "In the future, you will know what you know, and if you don't know, you will answer that I don't know. Don't be afraid. " The meeting lasted about 1 hour.

The leader promised to coordinate relevant matters and try his best to ensure that the lawyer met legally. At the same time, they claim that the detention center does not belong to us. The third meeting

This supervision meeting lasted about 1 hour for 20 minutes. I took notes on the computer.

Finally, my lover Gong answered the phone. She said Gong was taken away by the Public Security Bureau, and I informed him immediately.

The above is the true story about Gong Gangmo between Li Zhuang and me. I also made my first statement to Chongqing public security organs in this way, but they didn't listen at all and forced me to sign their transcripts.

My trial

On June 5438+February 65438+March, 2009, I was arrested by Chongqing police and detained in Chaoyang District Detention Center in Beijing that night (I stayed up all night). When the car stopped, I was taken to a building. Later, I learned that this is Jiangbei Detention Center. When I arrived at the detention center, they kept interrogating me all night, which lasted until about 16 in the morning. I didn't sleep during the period and ate some leftovers in the prison room. The task force asked me about my three meetings with Li Zhuang. I said, "You were there at the meeting, and there were surveillance videos. Why do you ask me? " The interrogator said, "We have a video that belongs to us, and now we want you to talk." . In the case of fruitless interrogation for a long time, the police showed me a stack of materials, saying that it was compiled according to the synchronous audio and video surveillance. Let me read Gong's transcript and say that they all confessed, which put pressure on me. Later, a leader-like person came, and the person next to him introduced: This is the political commissar of our public security bureau. The political commissar said: In fact, there is nothing wrong with you. After that, I will let you go. Because I didn't sleep for more than 90 hours in a row, I was unconscious, and they threatened me with high pressure. I was forced to sign their prepared transcripts, but they still wouldn't let me revise them.

They also forced me to write an apology letter to the National Lawyers Association, the content of which was roughly the same as that of Wu Jiayou. At the same time, I admit that "I didn't stop Li Zhuang's violation of law and discipline" and so on.

We argued for a long time, but in the end they forced me to write a letter to my lover, which advised her not to meet with a lawyer.

The truth of not wanting to testify in court

The day before the first trial of Li Zhuang's case, the police came to inquire about the situation again and said to me, "The judge of Jiangbei Court is in the next room. Just tell them you don't want to testify in court. " After meeting the judge, they gave me a notice to testify in court, made a record for me and asked me if I would like to testify in court. Although I wanted to testify in court, I said no against my will because I was afraid that they would use punishment on me. However, I asked the judge to write one more sentence on the transcript: "See the transcript of three meetings for details", so I went back to the prison room.

After a while, the task force took me out of the prison room and severely reprimanded me: "What's the matter with you? You didn't agree, just said you didn't want to appear in court. Why do you say so much? You write a new one in the past. " So, they took me back, and the judge gave me a new transcript, which was roughly like this: I was not intimidated and didn't want to testify in court. The transcript is true, and the content of "See the Minutes of Three Meetings for details" has been deleted.

The second part of the so-called "residential surveillance" period

The police work in two shifts, with three people in each shift, watching our husband and wife 24 hours a day, not letting us go back or acting alone. Everything should be under their control. In fact, we don't surf the internet at all, and we don't know any news from the outside world.

Because no one answered Gao Zicheng's phone, everyone waited until evening. At about 7 pm, Gao Zicheng called and they hung up quickly. After setting the recording function, they asked me to call Gao again. Gao Zicheng and I made a simple phone call and it was recorded. Because the call time was short, we didn't read according to the manuscript provided by the police, but said we wouldn't testify in court, so the police asked me to hand-write a certificate of not testifying in court.

On February 10, after Li Zhuang's final verdict was pronounced, the police asked me to pay a deposit of 3,000 yuan to bail me out pending trial. During a month of secret detention in a residential area, the police asked us to go shopping, eat and watch movies with them in order to prove that we were free when we were taken into custody in the future. During my detention, the police took a lease agreement for me to sign in order to prove that I rented a house in Chongqing and had nothing to do with them.
