"The task is still arduous, especially with the May Day holiday approaching and the movement and gathering of people increasing, and normalized epidemic prevention and control must not be relaxed at all. For the health and safety of you and your family, we now put forward the following suggestions for epidemic prevention and control during the May Day holiday:

1. Do not go out unless necessary.

The domestic epidemic is spreading in many places. We must resolutely overcome paralysis and fluke mentality, protect ourselves, and strictly prevent epidemic infections. The safest way to spend the May Day holiday is to spend more time with your family at home and avoid or go less often to crowded places. At the same time, please pay close attention to the domestic epidemic situation and the movement trajectory of confirmed cases and asymptomatic infections in various places, and insist on not going out unless necessary, and not traveling to medium- and high-risk areas unless necessary.

2. Do not return home unless absolutely necessary.

Please inform your relatives and friends abroad that if they are located in a medium-high risk area, please postpone your return to Tan. Those who really need to come to Tan must report their arrival through the WeChat mini program "Yimatong" 3 days in advance, and actively report their itinerary to the destination village community and unit, and enter Tan with a nucleic acid negative certificate within 48 hours. Those who have a history of traveling to and from the county where the medium-risk area is located must first undergo home health monitoring for 7 days after arrival, and undergo a nucleic acid test on the 1st, 3rd, and 7th days. People who have a history of traveling to and from counties in high-risk areas and return to Tan will be subject to 7-day centralized quarantine and 7-day home health testing, and will undergo nucleic acid testing as required. Persons returning to Tan from other areas outside the province and people from other areas in cities where cases have been reported in the province will undergo a nucleic acid test on the first and third days after arrival. Before the results of the above tests are available, they are not allowed to participate in gathering activities, enter or leave public places, take public transportation, go to crowded places, or participate in various conferences and training activities. Those who came to and returned from Tantan without taking the initiative to report, and deliberately concealed their itineraries and caused the spread of the epidemic, will be held legally responsible according to law.

3. Do not gather unless necessary.

Try not to organize or participate in gathering activities during the holidays, and reduce dinner parties. We encourage families to reduce dinner parties and get-togethers, and advocate that important matters be postponed and trivial matters simplified. Meetings, celebrations, gatherings and other activities that really need to be held need to strictly implement the registration and approval system, and implement epidemic prevention measures in accordance with the principles of "whoever holds the event is responsible" and "whoever organizes it is responsible".

4. Anyone entering the venue must scan the QR code.

Please take the initiative to scan "Yimatong" when entering various public places, villages and communities, and strictly implement the requirement of "scan everything you should and scan every time you enter". Please supervise the implementation of prevention and control measures such as temperature measurement and code scanning, wearing masks, cleaning and disinfection in various public places. If the prevention and control measures are not implemented in place, take the initiative to report to the competent authorities or the local epidemic headquarters.
