In order to encourage real estate enterprises to participate in the publicity work in Zhongshan City, enhance the visibility, reputation and influence of the city's construction and development in the Bay Area, and help the city's real estate industry to develop continuously and healthily, the Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau formulated the credit scoring method from April 27th to July 3rd1.

There are four ways to add points according to integrity.

1. Real estate enterprises broadcast promotional videos in the propaganda media at or above the municipal level (not limited to Zhongshan TV, Zhongshan Daily, Today's Headline, Tencent.com, Phoenix.com, etc.) for more than 3 minutes, with integrity of 20 points and graphic report of 10.

2. Housing enterprises broadcast promotional videos for more than 3 minutes in ordinary media and self-media (not limited to uncle Fang, room frequency, room news, etc.). ) the influence is small, and the credit score is 10, and the graphic report score is 5.

Three, the enterprise organization outside the city to visit real estate projects, each time more than 30 people, integrity plus 5 points, the cumulative total score is not more than 20 points.

Four, to participate in the promotion activities organized by the real estate association of our city, each credit plus 10, the cumulative total score is not more than 20 points.

If the following conditions exist, points will be deducted

The promotional materials of real estate enterprises with the same content are only copied once, and the municipal real estate association assists in reviewing and identifying the promotional materials of real estate enterprises. After being effective, you can apply for extra points to the Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau. If there is fraud in the enterprise, once it is discovered and verified, the credit 10 will be deducted every time.

The above credit information is valid for one year, and shall be implemented with reference to the Measures for Credit Management of Real Estate Enterprises in Zhongshan City.
