How to set a reminder when Samsung receives a text message?

If there is no message prompt tone when you receive the text message, I suggest you:

1. Try to reset the SMS ringtone: Info-Menu-Settings-Notification Check and select the ringtone.

2. Check whether the phone is turned on in silent mode, and pull down the top curtain to turn the sound green.

3. Set the notification volume of the mobile phone (Settings-Sound-Volume-Notification, turn up the notification volume).

4. Try to replace other built-in system ringtones.

5. Please back up the data (contacts, text messages, pictures, etc. ), and then restore the factory settings (Settings-Reset/Privacy/Personal-Restore Factory Settings).
