The calling card cancellation process is as follows:

Materials/Tools: Telephone card, ID card, mobile phone.

1. Prepare ID cards, phone cards and mobile phones that need to be cancelled.

2. Go to the business hall of the service provider where the calling card is located and inform the staff that it needs to be cancelled. The staff can cancel after operating at the counter.

Matters needing attention in using calling cards

1. Do not bend the card, and be careful to protect the metal chip on the card.

2. Keep the metal sheet clean to avoid being polluted by dust and chemicals.

3. To protect the metal chip, please avoid frequently pulling out the mobile phone card from the mobile phone.

Please don't put the calling card in the environment above 85℃ or below -35℃.

Please turn off the phone before taking out or putting in the calling card.
