First, the applicant

Students from private schools in Shenzhen who have the status of primary and secondary school students in Shenzhen have reached the age of 6 (referring to those who reached the age of 6 on August 3, 2022/KLOC-0), and meet the conditions stipulated in the Measures for Degree Funding in Compulsory Education Stage of Private Schools in Shenzhen, that is, meet one of the following conditions:

(1) School-age children registered in Shenzhen;

(two) school-age children who enjoy the relevant preferential policies of the municipal government;

(III) Children of non-Shenzhen household registration personnel, parents or one of them holds the residence permit of Shenzhen Special Economic Zone with the function of use, both parents or one of them have lived in Shenzhen continuously for 1 year and participated in social insurance (endowment insurance and medical insurance) continuously for 1 year, or the students themselves are based on the "the State Council General Office on Printing and Distributing"

Third, the application process

1. Register for login

Parents of students register and log in the Guangdong government affairs service network system, and it is recommended to use the parent government affairs network account when registering or logging in.

In order to further ensure the security of user accounts and avoid the risk of account theft, the provincial unified identity authentication platform has reminded the national second-level (formerly L0) and national third-level (formerly L 1) low-level personal accounts to confirm their real names since September 20021,and reminded those personal accounts that have not completed the validity period of their ID cards to complete them. After successful login, fill in and improve the student application information and submit the application.

3. Check the verification results

After applying for subsidies, parents can check the second batch of results.

If you are not registered, it is recommended to register or scan the login with your parents' information. The specific operation is as follows:

2. Register (if you have registered before, please read the login steps)

Step 1: Enter basic information.

Click on the account password in the above figure, and in the "Personal Registration" interface, set the personal login account and password according to the rules prompted on the page, then you can log in to the Guangdong unified identity authentication platform (Guangdong Government Service Network).

If the page prompts that the user's ID number already has an account number, then the information has been registered. Please go to the login interface and click Retrieve Password/Account to retrieve the password/account (retrieve the account first, then retrieve the password).

Step 2: Real name verification.

Pay attention to the real-name verification of face scanning. After successful registration, the user will receive a short message to inform the registered account.

Open the subsidy application website with the browser on the computer and click the button to handle it immediately.

4. Fill in and submit the application information

After logging in successfully, enter the interface of filling in subsidy application information. It is divided into four steps.

Step 1: Conditional self-inspection. After filling in the information according to the interface prompts, click Next.

Select "Futian District" as the handling area and check "Default".

Step 2: Fill in the form.

(1) Enter the student's name and ID number first, and click Get Student Information. The following two situations will appear:

1. "Student information obtained successfully, please continue to fill in". This is a normal process, you can continue to fill in other information.

2. "Student information collection failed! The reason is that there is no corresponding student data on the list of funding applications. " In this case, you can contact manual customer service or school assistance to check whether the information is entered incorrectly.

(2) Continue to fill in other detailed application information, and click Next.

note:

Students registered in Hong Kong and Macao need to fill in the "Shenzhen Notary Certificate Number" in their basic information. If there is no notarial certificate of paternity, please handle it in time. If you can't handle it during the application period, please contact the school to explain the situation and cooperate with the school.

Step 3: Upload the attachment. Submit the application directly without uploading the attachment. Click Submit.

Step 4: Submit successfully. The system returns the second batch of results.

note:

Batch passed (succeeded) in (1) seconds. The application information cannot be modified. There is no need to submit the application repeatedly.

(2) The second batch is unqualified. There is no need to submit the application repeatedly, and the system will send a text message to tell the reason for not passing. If the application information needs to be modified, you can modify the information by canceling the business. Please refer to the description of "Viewing Audit Progress and Results" below for the revocation operation.

(3) Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan registered students, the second batch failed, transferred to manual audit, with the school to provide relevant information for audit. There is no need to submit the application repeatedly.

5. Check the audit progress and results.

View method 1:

After students submit their applications, the system will return the second batch of results. You can check the progress and results of the review through My Matters. If the second batch fails, it will be automatically turned into manual review.

View method 2:

Students log on to Shenzhen citizen's personal website #bslist to check the work progress. The second batch of students who failed, if the application information is filled in incorrectly, can withdraw the application business and submit the application after modification. As shown in the figure below:

View the review progress and result description. In "Work Record", you can view the business details of the application business, in which "Basic Information" contains the information of the review progress and results.

1. When the status is "Submitted" or "Being Processed", the application business is waiting for manual review, waiting patiently for the final result.

2. When the status is "Completed"/"Batch Seconds Completed", the approval is completed, and the result is subject to the result of the last link in the circulation process.

Print the application form.

In the form information interface of business details, print the application form through the "Print" button in the upper right corner. Before printing, it needs to be set to double-sided printing, and a piece of A4 paper can print all the information. Parents can sign their names and dates in the blank space on the second page.
