There are enhanced messages and exclamation points in the short message.

1. If "enhanced information" is displayed in the SMS edit box, it means that the mobile phone is sending a short message with enhanced information. If the "enhanced information" of your mobile phone cannot be sent, the number may be controlled by security policy or the network is unstable. Enter SMS 3/4 to set the enhanced information, turn off and turn on the enhanced information switch, and try again. If it still hasn't been solved, I suggest you consult the operator.

2. The red exclamation mark appears, which is generally caused by unstable network or no network. Confirm that the network connection is normal and then resend it. The information sent contains illegal content and has been blocked. Just resend it in another way or wording. The other party has blacklisted you, but the information you sent can't be received by the other party, so you need to lift the blacklist restriction.
