There are two possibilities for this situation:

In two cases, check the second case first. If there is a receipt for the tax refund, if it is confirmed that it has been stamped by the customs and sent to the correct tax refund company (the three major tax refund companies in Europe, each operating independently), then call the tax refund company to inquire about the tax refund progress. If the second situation is ok, it belongs to the first situation. Call the police immediately and call the bank to lock the card.
