Second, Japanese JIS standard battery

1979 Japan's standard battery model is represented by n in Japan, and the following number is the size of the battery slot, which is represented by approaching the rated capacity of the battery, such as NS40ZL:

1.n stands for Japanese JIS standard;

2.s stands for miniaturization, that is, the actual capacity is less than 40 Ah, which is 36Ah；;

3.z means that it has good starting and discharging performance under the same size, and S means that the terminal of the pole pile is thicker than that of the battery with the same capacity, such as NS60SL；;

Note: Generally speaking, the anode and cathode diameters of the battery are different to avoid the reverse polarity of the battery. See table 1 for the diameter of tapered terminals.

The first 5 indicates that the rated capacity of the battery is below 100Ah; The first 6 indicates that the battery capacity is between 100Ah and 200Ah; The first 7 indicates that the rated capacity of the battery is above 200Ah. For example, the rated capacity of 544 34 battery is 44Ah；; The rated capacity of 6 10 17MF battery is110ah; The rated capacity of 700 27 battery is 200 Ah.

2. The last two digits of the capacity indicate the battery size group number. Give a few examples, as shown in Table 4.

3.MF stands for maintenance-free type.

Four. American BCI standard battery

Taking the battery model 58 430( 12V 430A 80min) as an example, the explanation is as follows:

1.58 indicates the battery size group number, as shown in Table 5.

2.430 indicates that the cold start current is 430A.

3.80 minutes means that the storage capacity of the battery is 80 minutes.

Note: ① Cold start current (CCA): the minimum current that can be obtained in a specific sense at-17.8℃ and -28.9℃. This index relates the starting ability of the battery with important variables such as engine displacement, compression ratio, temperature, starting time, technical status of the engine and electrical system, and the minimum working voltage for starting and ignition. Refers to the minimum current that can be provided when the terminal voltage of 12V battery drops to 7.2V within 30s after it is fully charged, and it is a cold start. ......
