Note: Mobile phone securities business needs the support of a specific SIM card, which is different from a SIM card with one card and two numbers. 1. One card with two numbers in the same place can be handled in the mobile business hall where the number is located;

2. One card with double numbers in different places in the province shall be handled in the main business hall. You can pick up/change the card on the spot after handling it.

3. If the customer has the old number, he can change the package anywhere in the main number and the auxiliary number. If the old number is a global charter package, and you want to use this number as the secondary number of one card and two, you need to buy a new number. If you have an ordinary GSM or an ordinary GSM package, you can change the package at any primary or secondary number.

You can choose two numbers to charge to an account separately or charge to an account separately [in principle, it is required that two different numbers of one card be combined]. In the bills and invoices provided to customers who choose the account cancellation method, the telephone charges of the primary number and the secondary number are combined without classification, that is, the respective telephone charges of the primary number and the secondary number are displayed uniformly. However, when the customer inquires about the detailed list of telephone charges, the number can still be listed separately.

Note: In Hangzhou, customers apply for one card with two numbers in different places (locally). If the main number is paid by payment card, the sub-number will no longer provide a combined account.

Step 2 stop charging

One card and two numbers are in the same place:

Zhoushan, Shaoxing, Hangzhou, Huzhou, Quzhou and Jiaxing: If one of the accounts is closed when the same account is deducted, the joint account will be closed; If you deduct money from different accounts, the arrears accounts will be stopped separately.

One card, two different places

The account should be issued on the main number. If account No.1 is shut down, it will be shut down jointly. If the major number stops, the minor number will also stop. If only the minor number stops, the major number will not stop jointly. From the next month of accounting and business downtime, the main number will be charged a monthly downtime fee according to the original GSM package; 2 yuan/month will be charged for the monthly fee of one card and two in different places from the next month when the auxiliary number is shut down, and 4 yuan/month will be charged from the next month when the card and two are shut down in different places.

3. Cancel a card with an even number.

How to deal with the sub-account: If customers want to cancel the service of one card and two numbers in different places, they only need to go to the local mobile company and must change the payment method of the sub-account to a payment card account. The original STK card can still be used after the secondary number is cancelled.

Sixth, cancel the account.

When one of the two numbers, the primary number and the secondary number, is cancelled, it will be regarded as the automatic cancellation of one-card multi-number service, and the other number can be kept to restore the normal tariff standard.

Cancellation of secondary number: When the customer cancels the dual-number card, the secondary number will be cancelled, and the secondary number can be directly cancelled in the business hall where the primary number or secondary number belongs.
