How to use Apple's own note-taking software page to write notes?

How to write a few pages of handwritten notes:

Open the software "pages Documents" that comes with iPhone, and then select handwriting input in the input method in the lower left corner.

Vertical input:

Pages can now enter content vertically in the entire document or in a specific text box. There are three vertical input templates. After editing, you can also export it to EPUB format and browse it in the book app.

Seamless connection:

Pages documents are also feasible when teams work in different places and use different devices. Documents created by the team on Mac or iPad look exactly the same on iPhone or web browser, and vice versa.
