How to authorize an account to access E04?

When the user sees the TV screen, a yellow prompt box "E04, sorry, the channel is not authorized" appears. There are two simple ways to resume normal viewing:

Method 1: The simplest method, please keep the set-top box turned on and wait patiently until normal viewing is resumed. Most users can recover themselves within 45 minutes, and a few users may have to wait longer, but generally it will not exceed 2 hours;

Method 2: Send SMS to the front end to apply for issuing authorization. Edit the short message (format: 04# encrypted card number, for example: 04#0006 12345670) and send it to 0 1067689456. At the same time, keep the set-top box turned on and wait patiently until normal viewing is resumed.
