On July 30th, 1 asymptomatic infected persons in COVID-19 were found in Erqi District, Zhengzhou City. In order to quickly and effectively block the spread and effectively protect people's life safety and health, according to the relevant laws and regulations and the relevant provisions of the city's epidemic prevention and control, the classified management work in some areas is hereby notified as follows:

First, the implementation of closed area management for the following areas

Yun Jie Community, Jingguang Road Street, Erqi District 1, Guangxing Yunjie Garden Community;

2. Yard 36, Zhangweizhai Middle Street, Changjiang Road Street, Erqi District;

3. Building 3, Yuhai Garden Community, Changjiang Road Street, Erqi District;

4. Zhengzhou Sixth People's Hospital.

All personnel in the closed area shall implement the management measures of "closed isolation, staying indoors and serving at home". On the rest days 1, 4, 7, 10, 14, all employees were tested for nucleic acid.

Two, the following areas to implement closed area management

East of Jingguang Road, west of Biyun Road, south of Hanghai Middle Road and north of Changjiang Road in Erqi District.

All personnel in the blockade area shall implement the management measures of "no entry, no exit, no gathering". On days 1, 4 and 7, all employees were tested for nucleic acid.

Temporarily close the business premises and non-essential cultural, sports, leisure and entertainment places such as chess rooms and activity rooms within the jurisdiction.

Three, the implementation of prevention and control area management in the following areas

East of Daxue Road, west of Ang Lee Yunlu, south of Huaihe East Road and north of Ganjiang Road in Erqi District1;

2. Zhengzhou Ai Xin Hospital, No.29 Changjiang East Road, Erqi District;

3. Sanchakou Village, Baizhai Town, xinmi city;

4. Zhaigou Village, Baizhai Town, xinmi city;

5. Yujingwan Community, Baizhai Town, xinmi city.

1 nucleic acid test shall be conducted within 24 hours in the prevention and control area, and the results shall be monitored at home before diagnosis, and then the prevention and control measures shall be adjusted according to the situation.

Four, closed areas, closed control areas, prevention and control areas should strictly implement the territorial responsibility, industry supervision responsibility, do a good job in the area of people's living security, emotional comfort and psychological counseling, pay attention to solve the special needs of the disabled, elderly people living alone, going out for medical treatment and other people.

5. Residents in closed areas, closed control areas and prevention and control areas shall consciously implement the above control measures, actively cooperate with nucleic acid detection and health monitoring, and shall not go out without authorization to avoid the risk of epidemic spread.

The above measures will be dynamically adjusted in our city according to the results of nucleic acid detection and epidemic risk assessment.
