SP application WAP business process guide

SP must pass three tests to become a partner of WAP business of China Mobile. The specific content of each test is described as follows to reduce SP's doubts and confusion in this respect.

First, content application test:

Test purpose: To make a preliminary suggestion on whether the service is connected to Monternet WAP terminal.

Test content: This test mainly tests and evaluates the logical design, link positioning, operation process, characteristic functions and content value of SP-applied services.

Testers: China Mobile Cooperative Laboratory;

Test requirements:

SP must be familiar with the basic situation of Monternet WAP business before applying for business, and make targeted business applications;

You must know the WAP business specification of China Mobile (which can be downloaded from Monternet website) to ensure that the submitted business conforms to the specification;

The test link address provided by SP has been opened and can provide services normally;

Download the business application form on Monternet, fill in the email address sent to wap@chinamobile.com, and the relevant attachments are not needed for the time being; The deadline for business application is before 5pm on 25th of last month.

Please refer to the following specifications when sending the application business email.

Email title: WAP new business application-XXX company;

Try not to appear information such as business description in the email content;

E-mail attachment: please use the business application form provided by the group company in a unified way, and the naming rule is "WAP new business application-new business name", such as "WAP new business application-super ringtone";

Be sure to ensure the validity of the test connection and the quantity and quality of the contents in all sub-columns (the business with HTTP404 error or empty sub-columns will be directly called back), and the business application will not be accepted within three months.

Please simplify the test address as much as possible to reduce the inconvenience for testers to enter the address at the terminal. Please try to support Opera's built-in wap simulator for testing.

SP will not be specially notified before the test.

Test time:

In order to improve efficiency, China Mobile submitted test applications to the laboratory in batches. Submit a new batch immediately after one batch is completed. After SP completes the business development and passes the internal test, it can apply for the process.

The laboratory makes specific arrangements according to the work plan. Generally, each batch of testing business is completed within 2 weeks.

For businesses whose business development is not yet completed, whose main functions are not yet available, and whose business tests frequently make mistakes, the laboratory will immediately stop testing and feed back the results to SP, and the test fails;

In the case of a large number of applications in the same batch, it will be postponed appropriately, and China Mobile has the right to decide the order of business testing according to the nature of business;

The test results will be submitted to SP in the form of a report.

Second, the content review:

1. Organization of content review: The content review is conducted by the content review committee established by the group company, and the members of the committee are: Monternet Center leaders of the group company, business managers of Beijing company, Guangdong company and Jiangsu company. 2. Time and place of content review: it is generally held at the beginning of each month, and the specific time and place will be notified in advance. 3. Responsibilities of content review: (1) Review the qualifications of SP, including whether it has a telecom value-added business license and whether the registered capital meets the requirements. (2) Review the copyright of the merchant, including whether the merchant has legal authorization. (3) Review business logic. (4) Review the business marketing promotion plan. (5) Decide whether the business content meets the requirements and whether it can be launched; (6) Determine the business category and menu location arrangement in the first month. (7) Evaluate the business quality, make use of the resources of the group company, and select excellent business for special recommendation. (8) Determine the business price. (9) To decide the online time, trial commercial time and official commercial time of the business. 4. Materials to be prepared for content evaluation: (1) Telecom value-added business license; (2) A copy of the business license of the enterprise as a legal person; (3) tax registration certificate; (The above 1-3 applies to SP)(4) Apply for WAP business for the first time) (4) Copyright license agreement; (5) business presentation PPT, PPT must be lively, illustrated and concise; (6) Suggestions on the position of the business on the portal; (seven) business plan and marketing plan; (8) Customer service support plan. (2) After filling in the form in the template, you can use 1-3 PPT to explain the business characteristics; (3) Demonstration of the complete business process, which simulates the actual operation of users to show the main business processes, and uses less than 5 PPT to demonstrate; (4) pay attention to the illustrations. 5. Review form: SP submits relevant materials to the content review committee, and introduces and demonstrates the business on the spot. The content evaluation committee conducts evaluation and feeds back the results after the meeting. Test results: the services that pass the interface test will be launched under the unified arrangement of China Mobile, usually before the end of the month 1 week.

Fourth, commercial trial:

In order to let users know about new online services, all new services will have a trial commercial period. During the trial commercial period, the service provided by SP will not provide charging function for users to use for free.

The trial commercial time is:

SP applying for WAP cooperation for the first time 1 has a trial commercial period of 1 month;

Old SP applies for new business, and the trial commercial period is generally 1 week.

After the trial commercial period expires, China Mobile will assess the business (please pay attention to the contents in Monternet WAP Service Specification for the assessment scheme), and the business that meets the assessment criteria will enter the formal commercial business, that is, provide billing function; Those who do not meet the requirements will be postponed 1 month, and those who still fail to meet the standards after the delay will be eliminated.

China Mobile adds and adjusts 1 billing service on 1 day every month.

The billing data of this service will be completed by the billing business department of China Mobile, and the working cycle will be 15 days. Therefore, the new service requires that the interface test must be completed before the 20th of each month; If you can't complete the interface test before this, you can't charge it next month. Similarly, if the service charges need to be adjusted, the staff of China Mobile must be informed 5 days before the new charges take effect 1 month. Seven, the new SP interface test steps:

The test of the new SP applying for access for the first time is divided into two stages:

(1) Laboratory testing stage;

(2) Beijing access test stage.

(1) Shenzhen SP access test process is as follows:

The laboratory testing stage is divided into four steps: acceptance stage, scheme preparation stage, business data preparation stage and testing stage. Details and working hours of each step are as follows:

1. Acceptance stage

Content:

China Mobile issued a list of SP to be tested to the Shenzhen test team.

The time is 1 day.

2. Program preparation stage

Content:

A. Shenzhen test team sends WAP-related specifications and test-related materials to SP;

B.SP understands the specification and modifies the program according to the specification;

C. Shenzhen test team members explain some problems in the specification to SP technicians.

The time is three days. Read the relevant specifications in advance and complete the SP of program development, and the time can be advanced.

3. Business data preparation stage

Content:

A.SP submits business data on the test environment self-service system;

B. Shenzhen test team members shall examine and approve the business data.

The time is 1 day.

4. Test phase

Process:

A. Interface testing

B. Specification testing

C. Business testing

E. Submit the test report

The time is five days.

The above estimated time is normal, and the new SP will directly change the test time due to technical, manpower, investment and other reasons:

The second step of the program preparation stage, "SP understands the specification and modifies the program according to the specification", mainly depends on SP's technical strength, manpower input and time input, and the Shenzhen test team did not take the initiative to control it. Because this stage is very important, the quality of SP program directly affects the progress of subsequent testing, because it may take a long time to modify SP program if it is found that it does not meet the specifications in the subsequent testing stage. After long-term SP testing, it is found that under normal circumstances, this step can be completed within three working days. If the new SP has not started developing the program at this time, it will stop testing and scroll to the next question.

The first step in the business data preparation stage, "SP submits business data on the self-service system in the test environment", requires SP to fill in business data carefully. If the information filled in is not standardized, it may delay the approval time. Generally speaking, the time for submitting business data plus approval shall not exceed one working day (subject to the number of businesses in 10).

In the testing phase, ideally (when all SP programs meet the specifications), one person can complete all the testing tasks of an SP with 3-5 services within 2 working days (1 person/day, 100% input).

During the test, it was found that SP's program did not conform to the specification, and it was required that SP should complete the normative modification of the program within three days after receiving the specification. If it is not completed, this SP will be postponed to the next batch of tests.

During the testing phase, it was found that there were too many program problems in SP, which seriously affected the testing progress. Shenzhen testing center reported to the group company for approval, and the testing of SP was postponed to the next batch.

Under normal circumstances, six new SP's laboratory tests can be completed every month. Shenzhen test center will report the test progress to the new SP every day.

(2) Central access test:

The business that has completed the laboratory test will enter the central access test.

The process of testing each service includes adding service data through admin, notifying SP to test the service and notifying the other party of the assigned service code, testing the provisioning service, testing the access service and verifying the billing. According to the experience of each test process in normal testing, this process usually takes about 2 hours. If the SP needs to modify the program and communicate with the SP, the possible time is unpredictable. Therefore, in terms of test management, if SP does encounter major technical problems, it is generally required to revise the program and conduct the test one week later. If it still fails, SP will enter the next test.

China Mobile will arrange the online time for the services that have completed the central access test. It is usually arranged on the 25th of each month, and it will be postponed in case of holidays. If it is necessary to go online in advance due to market needs, it can provide services in advance after being approved by China Mobile.
