This is a problem with JD.com’s backend system, which was caused by slow response and failure to update the status of the delivery order in a timely manner.

1. After logging in to your JD.com account, click "My Orders" to the right of your user name in the upper right corner.

2. After entering My Orders, find "Repair/Return" in the common settings on the left, and click to enter returns.

3. In the return and exchange interface, find the product you want to return, and then click "Apply" under the product.

4. In the return application interface, select return after the desired processing method, and then write a description of the problem with the return below, usually the reason for the return. It’s best to include a picture of the product with the description. Then fill in the asterisked items below truthfully according to the actual situation.

5. After writing the basic information, click the submit button. The next step is to wait for customer service review.

6. If the review is passed, the next step will be taken, that is, the staff will come to pick up the package and will send you a text message reminder. Please prepare the invoice, complete packaging, attachments and other information. You can check the progress of the return in the repair/return/exchange interface.
